Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Returns Procedure:
To start a return, please contact us at info@rivingtonhome.co.uk stating your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cost of postage on all return items:
Unfortunately, we only cover the cost of return should your item be damaged. Otherwise we ask for you to cover the cost of postage and strongly encourage you to obtain proof of postage when sending your order back to us.
Damaged items:
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately by emailing info@rivingintonhome.co.uk if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We cannot accept returns on bespoke orders, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
